As vs Like: What’s the Difference?
Many English learners say things like:
❌ She works like a teacher.
❌ Do it as me.
Sometimes it sounds almost correct… but not quite.
The confusion usually comes from Spanish, where “como” can mean both as and like.
In English, they are not twins. They have different jobs.
